The Law Firm of Bonnabeau, Salyers, Stites & Doe welcomes Katheryn Andresen

Katheryn A. Andresen is the newest member of the law firm of Bonnabeau, Salyers, Stites & Doe. Ms. Andresen has experience preparing, reviewing, and negotiating software development, licensing, maintenance, assignments, Internet, ASP, and other information technology contracts. She also has extensive experience with trademarks, copyrights and litigation.

Ms. Andresen is a frequent guest speaker on IT related matters and has published several articles on the subject.

Ms. Andresen earned her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, having earned her B.A., with CREDO honors, from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. She earned her M.A. in International Relations from Boston University and has a diploma in Advanced International Business Law from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.

She is the current Chair of the of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Computer Law Section and is a member of: the ABA's Science's Technology Practice and Women's International Network group and the Computer Law Association. Prior to law school, Ms. Andresen worked as a systems engineer for Electronic Data Systems.
