Kate Andresen presented at ABA Conference in Nashville

Kate Andresen attended the 2005 ABA Section of Business Law 2005 Spring Meeting. Kate participated in a panel discussion for the UCC committee where she discussed the standards, issues and alternatives for indemnification clauses in technology agreements. The conference was held March 31 - April 3 in Nashville, Tennessee.
