Robert B. Doe

Robert B. Doe is a founding member of the law firm of Bonnabeau, Salyers, Stites, Doe & Andresen. Bob has extensive experience preparing, reviewing, and negotiating IT contracts. He also brings expertise in other areas of law, including intellectual property, corporate contracts, employment law and general commercial litigation. He has also advised small businesses on general business issues.

Speaking Engagements and Articles
Bob is an author and guest speaker on IT subjects. One of his speaking topics was "Price Discrimination Under the Robinson Patman Act."

Education
Bob earned his J.D., cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law, and was a member of the William Mitchell Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota.

Bob is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Business Law Section.
