Raymond R. Bonnabeau

Raymond R. Bonnabeau is a founding member of the law firm of Bonnabeau, Salyers, Stites, Doe & Andresen. Ray has extensive experience preparing, reviewing, and negotiating technology and telecommunications contracts.

Speaking Engagements
Ray is now an Adjunct Professor at William Mitchell College of Law - teaching a course on "Intellectual Property Transactions." Ray is an author and guest speaker on IT-related matters. Topics have included "Computer System Acquisition Agreements," "Thinking of IT Contracts as Business Management Tools," and "The ABCs of Software Licensing."

Education
Ray earned his J.D., cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law, and his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Minnesota. He studied abroad at Regents College in London, England, and at Colchester University in Colchester, England. He is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.

Memberships and Activities
Ray is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Computer Law Section and Health Law Section. He has also served as a judge for the University of Minnesota Law School's legal writing and appellate advocacy course.
